Coitoto Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the coitoto platform by all users who access or use any services offered under the coitoto.fun domain. This Agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the registration process or access any part of the platform.

By registering as a member, you confirm that you have read and understood all terms contained in this document, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the coitoto platform.

Coitoto reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of any changes that have been made.

• Not sharing login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Notify coitoto immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Log out of your account when using a public or shared device.

Coitoto shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

All activity that occurs within your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you have reported a loss of access to the coitoto support team prior to that activity taking place.

The following are strictly prohibited on the coitoto platform:

• Registering multiple accounts to bypass bans or claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Using a false identity or impersonating another person.
• Using illegally obtained funds to make deposits.

In cases where coitoto's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, the maximum claimable amount is limited to the value of the member's last deposit made within 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Coitoto reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious behavior.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Instructions from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member themselves.

If your account is terminated due to a terms violation, coitoto reserves the right to withhold or cancel any existing credit balance. If termination is carried out at your own request with no violation involved, valid credit balances (excluding bonus credits) will be returned after the necessary review.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
